Engineering Consultation
Our engineers review your project requirements and schedule a brief consultation. We discuss material selection, cavity geometry, draft angles, release characteristics, and any compliance requirements for your application.

CAD Design & Approval
We build a precise 3D CAD model of your mold. You receive a digital proof showing cavity layout, dimensions, and surface detail. Revisions are included — we iterate until the design is exactly right before cutting a single mold.

Prototype Production
Once the CAD is approved, we produce a physical prototype mold using production-grade silicone. You receive the actual mold to test in your facility — pour your product, check release, evaluate detail, and confirm it performs as expected.

Production Run
