We work with orders as small as a single prototype mold. There is no minimum order requirement — whether you need one sample to test your recipe or a full production run of 100+ molds, we can accommodate your project.

What file formats do you accept for artwork and designs?

Accepted Answer

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), high-resolution PDFs, and CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL). For logo molds, vector artwork is strongly preferred. If you only have a raster image (JPG, PNG), our design team can evaluate it and advise on the best path forward.

Can you create a mold from a physical sample or reference object?

Yes. If you have an existing product, candy, or shape you want to replicate, you can send us a physical sample. Our engineering team will measure and digitize it into a CAD model, then produce a mold that matches your reference as closely as possible.

Do you offer prototype molds before full production?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend starting with a prototype mold so you can test the shape, cavity size, and release performance with your actual recipe before committing to a full production run. Prototype molds are available as single-unit orders.

Our platinum-cure silicone molds are dishwasher-safe and can be cleaned with warm soapy water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can damage cavity surfaces. For best results, allow molds to air dry completely before storage. Do not use sharp utensils inside cavities.
